SyncareX does not replace your hospital's systems. It runs on top of them.
Hospitals have spent years and budgets on their HIS, EMR, billing and insurance platforms. SyncareX keeps them as the system of record and adds the one thing none of them provide: a timed flow that crosses all of them, owned by the right person at each step.
Orchestration, not migration
SyncareX connects to the systems you run today and reads the events that matter — an order signed, a result posted, an approval received, a bed released. It writes back where the system allows and tells the responsible person where it does not. Your vendors stay your vendors.
Its own modules, only where you have gaps
Patient education, discharge checklists, insurance tracking, bed-ready clocks: if your hospital already has a working tool for it, SyncareX uses that. If you have nothing — common for education, support assessment and cross-department tracking — SyncareX's own module fills the gap. The platform is the same either way.
One platform, role-based screens
Staff see SyncareX as a single application. Every screen belongs to a role — front desk and admissions, nursing, physicians, pharmacy, insurance desk, bed management, department leads — with a Simple mode for the floor and an Advanced mode for the people who run the department. There is no "classic" and "new"; there is one system.
Governance built in
- AI advises, humans decide. No AI output acts on a patient without a person confirming.
- A deterministic verifier checks every suggestion against the record before it is shown.
- Capable is not cleared: models are not trusted in your department until validated on your real data; confidence stays at zero until then.
- Every step keeps an evidence package — what was read, what was checked, who approved — for quality and medico-legal review.
Deployment
Cloud in-region, or fully on-premises for hospitals with data-residency requirements. English-first clinical screens; patient-facing content in Arabic, Hindi and other languages as required.
What a first engagement looks like
- Week 0
Walkthrough on your numbers
20 minutes. One ward's discharge timestamps and the list of systems you run.
