Flagship 2 of 3 · 15:00 from arrival to consultation ready

15-minute OPD ready

OPD flow intelligence with fast insurance clearance. The readiness clock measures one thing: is this patient ready to be seen — registered, cleared, vitals taken, file open. It does not measure how long the consultant or the insurer takes.

Arrival to consultation-ready

  1. 00:00

    Patient arrives or checks in

Walk-in, appointment or kiosk. The clock starts; front desk sees the patient with their insurance status pre-checked.

  2. 00:00 – 05:00

    Registration and eligibility

Identity, payer and policy verified against your HIS and the insurer. Missing documents are listed once, up front.

  3. 02:00 – 11:00

    Insurance clearance

Pre-authorisation submitted where needed and tracked as a live step. Cash patients skip straight to vitals.

  4. 05:00 – 13:00

    Vitals and file preparation

Vitals captured; previous visits, results and referral letter assembled so the consultant opens a complete file.

  5. ≤ 15:00

    Consultation ready

The patient's status flips to ready on the consultant's queue. Waiting time from here is a staffing decision, not a process failure — and it is measured separately.

The problem it solves

Outpatient delays are rarely about the doctor. They are about a queue at registration, a pre-auth nobody chased, and a file that is not ready when the patient's name is called. Each one is invisible until the waiting room is full.

What the front desk and insurance desk get

  • One queue with each patient's readiness steps and who owns the next one
  • Insurance pre-check before the patient reaches the counter
  • Pending documents and approvals as a single list, not a stack of files
  • Consultants see only patients who are actually ready

Markets

Built for the OPD realities of India, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC: TPA and insurer pre-auth flows, cash and insured patients in the same queue, and multi-specialty OPDs with shared registration.

Readiness, not throughput theatre The SLA deliberately excludes clinician time and insurer response time. Those are reported alongside readiness so management can see which lever to pull.
